COATEPEC, VERACRUZ, MEXICO – JULY 12, 2025 Random passersby saw a man walking down Camino a las Haciendas street holding a severed human head in his hand. They immediately alerted the police, who arrived on the scene and arrested him. The suspect was identified as Manuel M., better known by his nickname “La Mole.”
It was later revealed that the severed head belonged to a friend of his, with whom Manuel had been drinking and using drugs the night before. Although the victim’s identity has not been made public, he is believed to have been around 65 years old. The motive for the killing remains unknown, but police have assured the public that it was the result of a personal dispute, not an act of organized crime.
