Haitian executed and burned on pile of tires

HAITI Haitian was executed by an aggressive crowd in the middle of the street. They then dragged his body onto a pile of old tires and burned him to ashes. The motive remains unknown.

Haiti is a country without a functioning police force, where most conflicts are resolved by residents according to their own rules, or according to the rules of gangs. These control most of the territory of the capital and a significant part of the countryside. Haiti is described by many as a country without a future. Similar violent incidents occur there almost on a daily basis.
