SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – DECEMBER, 2024 Man identified as Casimiro, the leader of the Los Panchos gang, was assassinated in on the street. Witnesses said he was approached by 3 masked men who opened fire on him wordlessly and then fled the scene.
Initial investigations by the police indicate that the case appears to be related to an internal war between two rival gangs. Casimiro has been in the police’s crosshairs for a long time for various criminal activities.
