MEXICO A random passerby made a gruesome discovery when he came across a bloody plastic bag. When he found a warning message from the cartel, he knew what was inside and called the police to the scene. From the plastic bag, the man’s corpse was pulled out, cut into pieces. Its severed head had its eyes gouged out of the sockets.
