BALI, INDONESIA – JUNE 24, 2025 26-year-old man named Abrao Aleixo Sarmento was found dead, hanging in the corridor of a hostel located in Bali’s Badung district. Originally from East Nusa Tenggara, he had moved to the island seeking employment and had been working as a security guard. Authorities have launched a full investigation to understand what may have driven him to take his own life, as the motive behind the suicide remains unclear.
