ALIGARH, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA – MARCH 14, 2025 Security camera recorded the murder of a 25-year-old man named Haris. He was standing on the street with his friend, waiting for the pre-fast meal during the month of Ramadan, when two motorcycles with armed men stopped near them. They began shooting without hesitation, and Haris fell dead to the ground. Then one of the killers got off the motorcycle and fired three more shots to make sure he was dead. His friend managed to escape.
The police are investigating the case as the result of a personal dispute, but are also considering other possibilities. According to the victim’s relatives, Haris had no enemies.
