TAM HOP, NGHE AN PROVINCE, VIETNAM – OCTOBER 2, 2026 Vi Văn Mann was attacked with a knife in the Lưu Kiền area. He suffered serious injuries to his face, neck, and other parts of his body during the attack.

According to all available information, Vi Văn Mann was at his wife’s house at the time of the incident. After the attack, local residents used towels to stop the heavy bleeding and provided first aid. He was subsequently taken to the emergency department at Peace Hospital.
