SINGAPORE – FEBRUARY 8, 2025 One simple ‘no’ was enough for violence to break out on the sixth floor of the Lucky Plaza shopping center. The attacker, apparently under the influence of alcohol, could not handle the woman refusing his invitation for a drink. According to witnesses, he shouted that he had already ‘spent a lot of money’ on her, and subsequently physically attacked her.
Footage from the crime scene shows the man chasing the woman, beating her, and finally knocking her to the ground with a brutal kick. The aggressor was so blinded by rage that he attempted to attack even the lying victim until brave witnesses stopped him – one shop assistant even threw a plastic bin at him to drive him away. The case, which lasted over ten minutes, is now being handled by the Singapore police.
