COAHUILA, MEXICO Woman was found dead in the Rio Grande River. She was wearing a swimsuit and had no identification documents that could help identify her. Her age was estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old. An autopsy determined that the cause of death was drowning. No signs of foul play were found. The investigation concluded that she drowned while attempting to swim across the river to illegally cross the border into the United States.
