RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – JULY, 2025 Tragic shooting took place in the western zone of the city, right at the edge of the Realengo and Bangu neighborhoods. A military police officer was ambushed while dining with his wife. The gunfire erupted suddenly, and despite being off duty, he became the target of a fatal attack. He died at the scene.
Emotional video captured in the aftermath shows his wife in complete shock, visibly distraught and struggling to comprehend the horror unfolding in front of her. Her husband’s lifeless body lay beside her, soaked in blood.
