Mother and her daughter were executed in the street

Both of them had their eyes and mouth and nose covered with tape. The mother had her hands and feet tied with a yellow rope. Daughter only her hands. The mother was shot in the head. The daughter’s throat was cut, almost cutting off her head. Unfortunately, we do not have more information about the place or the motive.
