Motorcyclist hits elderly woman and attempts to flee

HẢI PHÒNG, VIETNAM – AUGUST 17, 2026 Motorcyclist failed to pay attention while riding and struck an elderly woman as she was trying to cross the road. The impact was strong enough to knock him off his motorcycle, yet he immediately tried to get back on and flee the scene. Fortunately, quick-acting bystander stopped him from getting away. There are currently no updates available on the woman’s condition.
