NOVO PROGRESSO, PARÁ, BRAZIL – SEPTEMBER 15, 2024 The man had an argument with his girlfriend and decided to take revenge on her in the most senseless and cowardly way. In the morning, when everyone was asleep, he entered the room of her 7-year-old son, to whom he was a stepfather, and murdered him by hanging.
Several of their acquaintances said the couple had been at a party that evening until 2 a.m., where they drank alcohol. An argument between them allegedly occurred because of the man’s jealousy.
To compound his punishment for her, he texted her on her phone that he had murdered her son. He also made a video. She didn’t notice the messages because she was drunk and didn’t find her son’s body until the next morning.
The case is still under police investigation. The man has been preliminarily charged with aggravated murder and it is almost certain that the court will send him to prison for several decades.
