NIGERIA Member of the Nigerian gang Supreme Vikings Confraternity was executed by his rivals from Black Axe. These two groups have been long-time enemies, often engaging in violent clashes and murders.
Both of these rival groups originated in universities during the 1970s and 1980s as student fraternities. Over time, however, they transformed into criminal organizations that expanded internationally and now fight for power, influence, and resources. The states of Edo, Delta, Rivers, and Bayelsa are traditionally the sites of the bloodiest confrontations.
