NIGERIA Thief, unfamiliar with modern technology, stole someone else’s phone. However, he did not realize that such a device can be tracked quite easily by the owner. The owner of the phone took justice into his own hands and punished the thief himself. He hung him upside down from a beam and, together with the neighbors, painfully whipped him.
