Punishment for truck driver for driving in the opposite direction

CONGO The truck driver, who was guilty of driving his truck in the opposite direction, was caught by members of the army at a road checkpoint. They decided to take justice into their own hands and resorted to physical punishment instead of a bureaucratic solution.
