Released prisoner found decapitated and burned

BRAZIL Freshly released prisoner paid for his criminal past. Brazilian gangs, unfortunately, do not forget and know no mercy. He was found dead in a remote area on a dirt road just a few days after his release. His head was separated from his body, he was burned, and showed signs of torture – they cut off all his limbs while he was still alive.
