MANILA, PHILIPPINES – JUNE 7, 2026 Dashcam video shows two men inside a car. One of them can be heard pleading with the driver to open the door and let him out, but the driver refuses. The driver’s intended destination remains unclear; however, it is evident that the passenger does not want to proceed to the location being referred to.
