Rotting corpse of a woman found at construction site

JULIACA, PERU – JANUARY 30, 2014 In the Serenazgo district, a random passer-by found the corpse of a woman in an abandoned construction site. She was already in an advanced state of decomposition. Apparently, she was the victim of a murder. No further information is known.
