NIZHNII KURANAKH, RUSSIA – JANUARY 1, 2018 A 35-year-old woman was found frozen to death. No signs of violence were found on her. She wasn’t dressed well enough for the -40 degrees Celsius outside. It is believed she overindulged in alcohol during New Year’s Eve celebrations and fell asleep in the snow.
