ALAGOAS, BRAZIL Fugitive from justice, 39-year-old Natelson Venâncio da Silva Filho, was found decapitated and dismembered on a country road in the state of Alagoas. It seems that justice was served by local gangs.

He was a sadistic murderer of three women. His last victim was 38-year-old Elisangela Borges da Silva, whom he killed in a particularly brutal manner in the western zone of Recife. He stuffed a gag into her mouth and killed her with 16 stab wounds.
