MALTA, 2014 The photos were taken by an Italian medical student who was performing an anatomical autopsy on the deceased on the island of Malta. He cut the skin on his face with a scalpel, pulled off his face and played with it like a mask. The photo went viral and the medical student was expelled from the university.
