EDMONTON, CANADA – DECEMBER 6, 2024 Harshandeep Singh, a 20-year-old security worker, was shot on December 6, 2024, in a building in downtown Edmonton. The incident occurred after he intervened in a conflict that started on the street and moved inside the building. Singh was found unconscious in the hallway, quickly taken to the hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
The police arrested two suspects, 30-year-old Evan Rain and Judith Saulteaux, who are facing charges of first-degree murder. A murder weapon was discovered during their arrest. Investigators stated that no one else is involved and are looking for the motive behind this tragic event.
