SALVADOR – FEBRUARY 17, 2024 There was a fatal traffic accident on the 16th kilometer of the Pan-American Highway. A fast-moving pickup truck driver struck a motorcyclist who was in the breakdown lane, killing him instantly. The incident was caught on CCTV.
