Street justice for the Colombian phone thief

COLOMBIA Young thief used his bike to steal phones. He would always ride past a pedestrian, snatch the phone from their hand, and ride away. This time, however, he finally paid the price when the theft victim reacted quickly and knocked him off his bike. What follows is a painful lesson in street justice.
