GERMANY – SEPTEMBER, 2011 When the 26-year-old man’s two-week leave from work ended and he did not show up, the management of the company where he was employed contacted his family. His brother became worried about him and went to his home to check on him. What he found shocked him. He was lying dead in bed with his decapitated head lying on the floor. It was obvious that he had been beheaded by a device that looked like a guillotine.
The police investigation showed that it was a suicide in a very unusual way. In his hand can be seen the knife that was used to cut the rope and trigger the mechanical system of the guillotine. The man was obviously very skilled as he had made the entire guillotine himself in his workplace.
