Teenager fatally struck by vehicle

Teenager tried to cross the road. But he stepped into the path of a speeding vehicle. He either did not notice him at all or thought the driver of the vehicle would reduce his speed, but the driver did not react. He was hit and thrown several feet away. The driver was obviously drunk because he didn’t stop and fled the scene. The teenager did not survive.
