HISYA, HOMS GOVERNORATE, SYRIA – AUGUST 19, 2026 Near the industrial city of Hisya, on the road connecting Homs and Damascus, a serious traffic accident occurred. For reasons that are not yet known, several vehicles collided at high speed. One person died at the scene, and four others suffered injuries of varying severity, including critical injuries. No updates on their current medical condition are available.
