ÁGUA PRETA, PERNAMBUCO, BRAZIL – JULY 13, 2025 Transgender woman identified as 26-year-old Jadyclecia da Silva was the victim of a hitman attack carried out by motorcycle. In the early morning hours, while she was on the street with her siblings, two men on an unlicensed motorcycle pulled up beside her, and the passenger fired more than ten shots into her back. Jadyclecia collapsed to the ground and died on the spot, while the assassins fled the scene.

During the investigation, more than ten 9mm shell casings were found at the scene. Her family stated they have no idea what the motive behind such a brutal attack could be. According to them, Jadyclecia had no enemies and no problems with the law.
