SAN FÉLIX, BOLÍVAR, VENEZUELA – SEPTEMBER 28, 2026 Two people were killed in a serious traffic accident on Avenida Cisneros. The crash occurred when a motorcycle collided with a truck belonging to Venezuela’s Bolivarian National Guard (GNB). Both motorcyclists suffered fatal injuries in the collision and died at the scene.
