ARUAÇU, MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL – MARCH 13, 2026 Serious traffic accident occurred on the MGC-458. For reasons still unknown, a small passenger vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree head-on. While the driver and the front-seat passenger sustained serious injuries, and doctors managed to stabilize them, two women in the back seats were not so lucky – they died at the scene. They were identified as 30-year-old Miriam Silva Mendes and 57-year-old Elizabete Cândido de Jesus.
