BRAZIL Two young women were murdered and dismembered by members of a drug cartel. They probably didn’t know each other and the cartel executed them both in different places. They then loaded them both into a car and dumped their bodies on the street along with a warning message. The note states that the women were defaulters. It can be assumed that these were debts that arose from drugs.
