SERBIA – JUNE, 2026 Man had long been refusing to repay his financial debt and was hiding from his creditors. Unfortunately for him, the creditor was not a bank or any financial institution, but a man who does not hesitate to deliver a blow. For several long minutes, he painfully slapped him.
Although loan sharks and private creditors sometimes resort to similar violent debt collection practices, this cannot be recommended. Such practices are illegal and violate the debtor’s basic human rights. Most countries in the world have their own legal mechanisms for debt collection.
