PHƯỚC LONG, VIETNAM – AUGUST 31, 2024 Nguyen Thi Mai Thy, 24, was travelling with her 10-year-old niece on a motorbike. They collided with the truck, were both run over and died on the spot. The culprit in the accident is unknown as it is still under investigation. The 41-year-old truck driver, Lam Ngoc Phuong Anh, had a mental breakdown.
