PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA – JUNE 19, 2025 Passersby noticed a hanged man on a tree over the garden wall. He used a belt from his pants as a noose. Police identified him as a 20-year-old local resident. A few hours before his death, he was seen drinking alcohol with friends. The motive for his desperate act is unknown.
