MOSCOW OBLAST, RUSSIA Police patrol spotted a small motorcycle without a license plate on a public road. When they tried to stop it, the rider refused and began fleeing. During the chase, he lost control and crashed, resulting in the deaths of both himself and his passenger, his 18-year-old girlfriend. The motorcycle rider was 16 years old and, as later discovered, did not have a valid driver’s license.
