SARATOV, RUSSIA A young girl decided to end her life by jumping from a Saratov – Engels bridge into the icy water of the Volga River. Some sources state that the girl was only 17 years old, others say 20. Reportedly, the rescuers pulled her out alive, but a few minutes later she succumbed to the effects of hypothermia.
