Young thief gets both hands shot through

VENEZUELA Young thief nicknamed El Ñeo committed a series of thefts in the gang-controlled territory. He was therefore punished under the gang’s laws, not Venezuelan law. They shot both his hands through. But this is just the first warning. Next time, they’ll kill him.
