BRAZIL Married couple crashed their motorcycle into a car at high speed. The young woman fell face-first onto the road and sustained injuries incompatible with life. When paramedics arrived, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The man suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. No further updates on his medical condition are available, nor are there any results from the police investigation into determining who was responsible for the accident.
Unfortunately, this is another in a series of motorcycle accidents in which wearing a helmet could have saved lives. The human body, especially the head, is more fragile than you think or would like to admit. Remember that every time you get on a motorcycle. Stay safe!
