ESPAILLAT PROVINCE, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Angela Angelina Salazar Diloné, 23, was traveling as a passenger in a Jeep vehicle with her boyfriend. They were just returning from a party when he failed to drive and hit a power line pole.
