MOSCOW, RUSSIA On March 15, the body of 13-year-old Karina Jabbarova was discovered near one of the Tyumen high-rise buildings in the Moscow residential complex. An eyewitness to the girl’s fall from the 11th floor called first an ambulance and then the police.
