IRKUTSK, RUSSIA 14-year-old girl was sitting on the railing of a balcony in a multi-story building and suddenly fell down. According to witnesses of the incident, her death was instant. Police are investigating the incident as an accident, because teenagers reportedly often sat on this balcony and it was never with suicidal intentions.
