SANTANA DO ARAGUAIA, BRAZIL – JULY 20, 2017 A passer-by found a woman’s body lying in the street at around 4 a.m. with signs of violence. Military and civilian police were called to the case. The victim was identified as Jordana da Silva Rosa, only 16 years old.
