YARITAGUA, YARACUY, VENEZUELA – JULY 1, 2024 Ányela Ramos Reginfo, 17, spent the night drinking alcohol with her 25-year-old boyfriend, Miguel Santelli, and another unidentified person. They were both from Colombia, where they had planned to return to because they were having a lot of problems with each other.

But their problems culminated long before they could return. Miguel pulled out a gun and shot Ányel in the head during the alcohol party. The bullet penetrated her left eye into the brain, causing instant death.

Her dead body was found the following morning. But Miguel was nowhere to be found. To this day, police are still searching for him.
