Murder in front of school building

Man was assassinated on the street by several gunshots to the head. Once he fell to the ground, the shooter fled the scene. Although a large number of bystanders gathered around the victim, no first aid could have helped at that point. The incident occurred in front of a school building, but according to all available information, it was only a coincidence and the victim was not a student.
