HUNG THANG, GIA PHU, BAO THANG, VIETNAM – FEBRUARY 9, 2024 Pham Van Kien decided to resolve his personal conflict with Le Manh Hung by murdering him in cold blood. With an elaborate plan and a knife over 10 inches long, he traveled to his workplace where he stabbed him to death. After committing the crime, Kien fled the scene on his motorcycle.

Thanks to the city’s surveillance cameras, police had little trouble catching him. He was arrested at an internet cafe in Lao Cai city within 48 hours. He immediately confessed to everything and was charged with premeditated murder.
