INDIA A 4-year-old girl went out for ice cream with her father. When she leaned over the glass lid of the freezer, she was electrocuted. An ungrounded appliance was to blame. Her father didn’t notice anything had happened to the girl until she fell to the ground. But by then it was too late. She died.
