BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA – MAY 4, 2026 Tragic traffic accident occurred in the Kennedy Central district, which ended in the death of a street vendor. The man was selling goods by the roadside when he was hit by a motorcyclist traveling at high speed in a residential area.
According to security camera footage, the female motorcycle rider lost control of the machine at the moment she noticed an approaching car. She then veered out of her lane and hit the vendor, who was standing on the roadway with his cart. The man suffered severe injuries and remained unconscious at the scene, later succumbing to them. The motorcyclist also sustained injuries in the accident and was taken to the hospital.
