Mentally ill man had his throat cut during brawl

RẠCH GIÁ, AN GIANG, VIETNAM – SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 Mentally ill man got into a serious confrontation with another man on the street. The other man pulled out a knife and caused a cut to his neck area. He then fled the scene, leaving him bleeding on the asphalt. Fortunately, passersby provided him with first aid.
