AUSA, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA – OCTOBER 21, 2026 19-year-old Tejas Ram Gaikwad was brutally attacked near the old bus station. The attacker, identified as Akshay alias Akash Narwade, knocked him off his motorcycle and repeatedly hacked him with a machete on the head, arms, and legs. The young man suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital in the city of Latur.
The motive for the attack was reportedly a dispute related to Tejas Ram Gaikwad helping a man named Pawan Jadhav, who was allegedly arrested in connection with a theft. According to later reports, the suspect went to the police station himself. Further details about the victim’s medical condition have not been confirmed.
